This year’s Fest benefits Southeast Community Services! The mission of SECS is to “work together to serve, strengthen and support our neighbors in southeast Indianapolis.``

The Virginia Avenue Music Festival (originally Virginia Avenue Folk Fest) was created in 2015 by Mike Angel and Patrick Burtch to bring local musicians, artists, businesses, and the local community together. Each year the Virginia Avenue Music Fest benefits a non-profit directly involved with the Fountain Square and Fletcher Place neighborhoods in Indianapolis, Indiana.
