Vendor Registration

Payment must be made along with your form submission in order to reserve your space. After submitting the form below you will be directed to PayPal to make a payment. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once you’ve registered and paid through PayPal.

  • Each booth is 10’x10′.
  • Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights – All vendor booths will get a space at Wildwood Market, 1015 Virginia Ave.
  • Saturday and Sunday – All vendor booths will get a space along a closed portion of Virginia Avenue.
  • Setup of booths must be complete by 5 PM Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of the festival, and 10 AM on Saturday and Sunday of the festival, or your booth space will be forfeited that day.
  • Water and electric hook-ups are not provided.
  • No refunds will be provided for any reason after registering for a booth space.
  • Vendor Registrations are subject to approval, your registration fee may be refunded if you are not approved.
  • No submissions will be accepted for prepared food vendors.
  • Submissions will be left open until April 14, 2018 for vendor spaces. Spaces are limited.
